Citizens are reminded that it is imperative to adhere to the directions set forth in the waste delivery calendar.

Therefore, it is forbidden to abandon or deposit waste in an uncontrolled manner outside the times and days stipulated in the calendar.

Article 255 of Legislative Decree No. 152/2006 stipulates that anyone who abandons or deposits waste in an uncontrolled manner shall be punished with a fine of three hundred euros to three thousand euros.

If the abandonment involves hazardous waste, the penalty is increased up to twice as much.

Dumpsters must also be placed outside homes only on the evening of dumping, and then placed back inside one's home.

Misconduct will be reported immediately to the municipality of Caivano and reported to the competent authorities.
